Absolutely, 100% happy with my experience at Studio City Tattoo, and more so with my tattoo artist Eli. The shop is clean and tidy, which is a must. I was covering an old tattoo. Eli was very helpful and gave me so many suggestions and advice. We scheduled an appointment and even on the day of I still wasn't too sure what I wanted. Eli was so patient and made a final last minute changes to my design. The outcome of it is absolutely amazing! I've gotten so many great complements. Way better than I could ever imagine 🙂
It was amazing!!! Everyone was so kind and helpful. My piercer was Steve. The person who helped me pick out my earrings was Heath. The lady at the desk ( I didn't catch her name ) was so kind and informative on the aftercare process. I definitely recommend this place. They do a good job and treat their clients well.
Got my first tat done by Emily! She's an amazing artist and she seriously has the lightest hand! She's cool too! I was so nervous since it was my first time but Emily is the perfect artist for that gateway tattoo...the experience was pretty much painless! I asked for a small flower tattoo which only took 20 minutes, with very faint stinging here and there but that was it. The healing process was fast and the aftercare was really easy too. I didn't experience any scabbing or itching and there were times that I actually forgot that I had gotten a tattoo on my back!
They take walk-ins for both tattoos and piercings though I would recommend getting an appointment. They can get pretty busy especially during the weekends!
Nice and chill staff +++++
Parking: plenty of metered street parking.
